I'm a mechanic by trade and a fix-it guy by nature, so this business started the way most of my ideas do — with me noticing something broken. Around here, too many renters and students were stuck hauling laundry across town or dropping over a thousand dollars on machines they'd have to move in a year. That didn't sit right. So I started delivering washers and dryers myself: one flat monthly price, installed by me, and if it breaks, I fix it — no fine print, no contracts, no deposit. I still turn the wrenches, I still make the deliveries, and my name is on every machine we place. When I'm not working, you'll find me at the Little League fields coaching, which is honestly the same job: show up, do it right, take care of your people.
"If it breaks, I fix it. That's the whole contract."
